Carbon Forged Flex — BC Forged CFN 512S Modular Wheels
Same car. Different attitude. That is what a proper forged-wheel swap does — and the BC Forged CFN 512S takes it one step further with a carbon-fiber barrel on a modular 2-piece forged centre.
Why carbon-forged modular matters
Most forged talk stops at aluminum. The CFN 512S pairs a CNC-machined forged face with a carbon composite barrel — cutting rotating mass where it hurts unsprung weight the most, while keeping the modular flexibility of a 2-piece build. You still dial diameter, width, and offset for your arches instead of living with a catalogue compromise.
- Modular 2-piece construction — face + carbon barrel
- Custom diameter / width / PCD / offset for fitment
- Carbon barrel for lower rotational mass vs a comparable all-aluminum barrel
- Available sizes commonly quoted around 20" / 21" / 22" (confirm application)
Spec for YOUR arches — not a one-size dump
Stance is geometry. Arch gap, hub clearance, brake package, and tyre sidewall all decide whether a wheel looks intentional or accidental. Send CarGym a photo of the car (and current brake setup if you have big brakes) and we map CFN 512S width/offset before you order. Pairing / cross-sell: classic forged vs EV flow-forged
Not every build wants carbon-lip drama. Two strong neighbours in the CarGym forged lane:
BBS LM — the Le Mans silhouette for BMW M2 / M3 / M4. Timeless 2-piece forged aluminum when you want heritage presence instead of carbon flex.
Vorsteiner V-FF 107 — flow-forged 20" set for Tesla Model Y when the brief is EV stance that still looks intentional parked.
