Installation Instructions for Armaspeed Carbon Fiber Intake System on Honda CR-V

Armaspeed Carbon Fiber Intake Tube
Air Filter
Silicone Couplers
Hoses
Clamps
Mounting Brackets
Hardware (Screws, bolts, washers)
Safety Precautions:
Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery before beginning installation.
Allow the engine to cool completely before starting.
Wear appropriate safety glasses and gloves.
Installation Steps:
Remove the Stock Intake System:
Locate the factory airbox and intake tube.
Loosen the clamp connecting the intake tube to the throttle body.
Disconnect any sensors or hoses connected to the airbox and intake tube.
Remove the airbox and intake tube assembly.
Install the Armaspeed Intake System:
Attach the mounting brackets to the Armaspeed intake tube.
Install the air filter onto the Armaspeed intake tube.
Connect the silicone couplers to the throttle body and the intake tube.
Secure the couplers with the provided clamps.
Connect any necessary hoses to the intake tube.
Install any sensors that were previously connected to the factory airbox.
Secure and Tighten:
Ensure the intake system is securely mounted and does not interfere with any other engine components.
Tighten all clamps and hardware to the manufacturer's recommended torque specifications.
Reconnect Battery:
Reconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
Post-Installation:
Start the engine and check for any leaks or unusual noises.
Ensure the engine idles smoothly.
Take the vehicle for a test drive to verify proper performance.
