    At CarGym, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange an item. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and exchanges are accepted.

    Return & Exchange Conditions

    We only accept returns or exchanges if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.

    Return & Exchange Process

    1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at sales@cargym.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a detailed description of the damage or defect, along with photos if possible.
    2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your request is approved.
    3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all documentation and accessories. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
    4. Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return or exchange.

    Exchanges

    If your return is approved, we will send a replacement item to you at no additional cost.

    Shipping Costs

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, if the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
