General Shipping Information

We ship to virtually any address in the world. However, please note that there are restrictions on some products, and we cannot ship to certain international destinations. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions, we will refund your payment immediately.

Shipping Services

We offer three types of shipping services depending on the product size and weight: Air Courier, Air Freight, and Sea Freight. Our shipping department will choose the fastest and most appropriate shipping method based on each order and its destination.

Shipping Times:

Sea Freight: 1-2 months
Air Freight: 12-15 working days
Air Courier: 7-10 working days

Warranties, Damaged, and Defective Items

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any shipping-related damage immediately to the carrier. Unless otherwise noted, merchandise can be returned for any reason within 7 days of the receiving date. The customer is responsible for return postage.

Back Order Policy

Due to the high demand for some of our more popular items, back orders occasionally occur. If one or more of your items are on back order, you will not be charged for those items until they are shipped. Back ordered items are kept open for 30 days. After 30 days, the item(s) on back order will be canceled, at which time you may re-order.

We check our information very carefully before updating our website; however, an occasional error may occur. Therefore, we reserve the right to correct any inaccurate information, including pricing, without notice.
